Metal and foreign body detection in production
MESUTRONIC GmbH has been developing and producing innovative metal detection technology for industrial applications for more than 30 years. Based in Kirchberg im Wald, the company supplies its global customers in 50 countries around the world with sophisticated metal detectors, metal separators and X-ray inspection systems. On the one hand, the MESUTRONIC plants serve to protect production facilities from metal parts and other foreign bodies, for example in the plastics and textile industries. On the other hand, they are used to inspect products, for example in the food and pharmaceutical industries, for metal-free and other impurities. High-precision sensors detect unwanted foreign bodies. Specially dynamic sorting facilities are transporting contaminated products from production processes without interrupting them. Both discrete product streams such as packaged foods and continuous material streams such as plastic granulate can be investigated. Constant innovation has made MESUTRONIC a technology leader in this field and supplies companies in the food, pharmaceutical, hygiene, plastics, textile, wood and mining segments.
