Robotic hands and automation systems for manufacturers
As a reliable partner for gripper parts (EOAT), robotic hands and automation systems ASS is active worldwide. For 40 years, the company has been developing mechatronic components and intelligent solutions for a wide variety of tasks in the fields of automation and robotics. ASS automates complex work processes such as gripping, insertion and removal as well as assembly and quality inspection in the production of articles for the plastics processing and automotive industries. The modular system allows gripping solutions to be adapted to all product areas and production processes. One focus is on handling solutions for lightweight and fiber composite materials. These are increasingly being used in all areas of e-mobility. The product portfolio is rounded off by additively manufactured, 3D-printed grippers and components as well as services such as robot integration and programming. All EOAT components from ASS are sustainably developed, designed, produced and delivered with the highest quality standards at the Overath site, which was moved into in 2013. ASS’s quality management is certified by DEKRA according to ISO 9001:2015. The ASS headquarters in Overath has also been climate-neutral since 2021.
