Sintered products, toolmaking and materials laboratory
SIMON is divided into the Sinterlutions, Tooling and Analytics business units. SIMON Sinterlutions produces series molded parts from metal powder for the automotive industry, power tools and mechanical and plant engineering. Sintering technology enables complex geometries to be produced with high precision while avoiding material-intensive, metal-cutting production steps. SIMON Tooling develops, designs and manufactures proprietary tools and also offers its services to external customers. SIMON Analytics is a materials laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, which is indispensable for the SIMONGroup’s quality assurance and also acts as a service provider for external customers.
