High-performance thin sheet technology and engineering
HAKAMA AG is specialized in engineering, prototyping of complex assemblies and housings made of thin sheet metal in aluminum, stainless steel and steel up to series production. In close cooperation with the customer, the engineering team develops or optimizes solutions, combining the metallic components with high-quality surfaces and components made of plastic or glass, depending on the customer’s requirements. The focus is on medical, pharmaceutical systems, analysis and diagnostic equipment, as well as machines for the food industry, such as gastro coffee machines. Modularization and assembly concepts are also implemented in an optimized manner, enabling the replacement of entire equipment parts during equipment maintenance. In addition to the production of subassemblies, HAKAMA AG can also offer customers pre- or final assembly of the equipment, including the installation of electronic components in suitable premises (ESD).
