Share buyback program
INDUS Holding AG announced on 11 November 2024 that it will carry out a share buyback program.
The buyback of up to EUR 5 million, but not more than 200,000 shares, will start on 2 December 2024 and end on 16 May 2025 at the latest. Further details can be found in the Initial announcement.
In accordance with Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, we are obliged to disclose all transactions related to a buyback program no later than the end of the seventh trading day following the date of execution of such transactions, to publish the information on our website and to make it publicly available there for at least five years.
