Stud welding technology and cold working parts
KÖSTER & Co. GmbH has been offering its customers a broad portfolio of services from its own product development and production for more than 70 years in the concrete-steel composite construction, plant and power station construction, shipbuilding and mechanical and vehicle engineering sectors and is active internationally with a high export share at the Ennepetal site. The range of products and services includes stud welding machines, welding studs, ceramic rings and cold formed parts for joining technology with standardised and customer-specific products, including the associated technical application advice for customers. “KÖCO” technology is characterised by durable and safe products. In the construction of bridges and airport terminals, high-rise building construction or power plant construction, studs and welding equipment from KÖSTER are in use in over 70 countries worldwide. In the subsidiary Köster CZ, stud welding elements have been produced by cold forming and mechanical processing for more than 25 years. In the subsidiary Keramos in the Czech Republic, ceramic products for stud welding and other applications are developed and manufactured.
