The INDUS Annual Shareholders’ Meeting 2021: unfortunately virtual again

On May 26, 2021, this year´s Annual Shareholders´ meeting will unfortunately once again be held virtually. This time we will be broadcasting from the Rheinsaal at the Cologne Trade Fair. After all, one more familiar component for the INDUS team. We are curious to see how much of the familiar INDUS AGM feeling we can convey to our shareholders.

Preparations are already in full swing. Following the publication of the figures for the 2020 fiscal year we are now turning our full attention to the second major highlight in the INDUS reporting year. As you have come to expect from us, you will again receive a lot of exciting information from the INDUS Group this year. You will get to know the new investments in our family in more detail and the Supervisory Board and Board of Management will report on their work in the past year and plans for the future of INDUS.

Of course, our shareholders will be able to ask their questions again this year. You can find advance information on the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, the invitation, and access to the shareholder portal here. You will also find my speech (subject to change) before the actual meeting, here on the website in the Annual Shareholders´ meeting section.

For the next year we remain confident that we will again be able to exchange views in person over a cup of coffee, and hope that you will participate in the virtual Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in large numbers again this year. We look forward to your questions and virtual dialog with you!

Sincerely yours,
